Your key areas of responsibilities will include:
- Delivering an excellent in-store experience for our Customers.
- Actively listen to Customers and offer products to meet their needs.
- Convert new Customers
- Respond to Customer needs ensuring that they have a seamless shopping experience
- Consistently delivers and exceed personal sales and profitability goals while contributing to the store success
- Works as a team player and enjoys helping the team.
- A Matric certificate
- A passion for retail and enjoy selling great products
- Have a strong sense of presence on the shop floor
- The ability to communicate confidently with Customers
- Able to work in fast paced environment while being able to cope under pressure
- Positive, can do attitude in all task given:
- Reaching sales
- New account targets
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
