A vacancy has arisen for 2 Telesales/Call Centre Agents
Skills/Attributes /Qualifications :
We are looking for bright, bubbly, enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our clients proactive team.
You will ideally have 3 plus years previous experience working in a customer services or call centre environment
Bilingual communication skills (English, Afrikaans or other African language)
You will need to have good keyboard and PC skills and you will need to be able to deal courteously and professionally with all customers
Have the ability to communicate on all levels, displaying a confident and focused attitude towards your workload.
Be self-motivated and driven to do your best at all times and show a willingness to continue to learn and develop in your role.
Ability to work under pressure
Professional and well-mannered
Good written/verbal communication
- Daily Duties:
Call prospective clients following call lists provided
- Generate appointments for the sales teams from outbound calls and emails
- Record data onto CRM system (will be trained on the in house system)
- Explain products, services and prices where requiredREMUNERATION :
